We love Kaet! She has done such a wonderful job for our Wheaten. She has accommodated for us as our dog can be reactive. She communicates so well and has amazing scissor work. So glad we have found her. She is worth our 35 minute drive to see her.

Kaet is the only groomer I'll let touch my (very anxious and timid) poodle. She also did a great job with my other high energy, social butterfly poodle. I didn't come to her for show poodle cuts, though she does that, but for her experience in handling and understanding digs. She was terrific, very understanding and gentle with my fearful dog. She made sure he had a rapport with her and was comfortable. This is now our groomer.

We are extremely pleased by the work that Kaetlyn the owner did. She was very knowledgeable about grooming and she made sure that Oliver felt comfortable and safe. She is working on growing her business but has a lot of experience with other places that she has worked in the past. We were happy to support a new and local business and wish her much success in the future with growing and expanding. We will definitely use Kaetlyn again and highly recommend her services. Prestige Pet Parlour did an amazing job grooming my two Bichon’s! Kaet & Kelly are extremely professional and both came out to greet & to sit with my boys upon arriving. They made my boys feel safe in their care. Kaet took the time to ask how I wanted them cut & sent me updates on how they were doing during their grooming session. I really liked that & the fact she doesn’t have her place filled with so many dogs. It’s like you have your very on grooming session. She & Kelly are excellent groomers & experienced. The price was very affordable for me, especially having two dogs! I’m so thrilled to have found them & highly recommend!

Excellent work. Kaet is a true professional. Previous groomers had a hard time grooming my poodle mix, often taking up to 8 hrs. Kaet even sent videos throughout her first grooming visit showing me how well things were going. I can honestly say, give her a shot and you will not go anywhere else.
