Petco Grooming

Petco provides excellent grooming services. I was so happy with my dog Graham's grooming, he looked so adorable, and the groomer did an outstanding job, she is so friendly and cares about my dog and customer satisfaction. The customer service at Petco grooming and the store is exceptional and I highly recommend!

We are very pleased with the grooming at Germantown Petco. The rewards program is extremely helpful when paying the final bill. We’ve been going for 5 years and haven’t been disappointed yet. The past couple years our appts have been w/Linda & Audrey, they are awesome w/your pets & do exactly what you request for the grooming. You are absolutely thrilled when your sweet baby comes out so clean and pretty to go home. 💗

The staff are so nice and caring which is important if you have a nervous. They do an excellent job of the full service groom and the nail trim with buffing that I had done this time.

Very friendly staff; I could trust them with my dog's care during his appointment. Got a nice bath and extra treatments. Prompt notification when completed for pick up.

Our first time getting her groomed here. 125.00 and she has tons of loose fur coming off her and is really damp still almost 4 hours later. We won't be coming back. Also charged for a long hair dog when her papers say short hair and she is clearly not long haired.

Terrible grooming. Extra $15 charge and didn’t call to tell me. Her foot pads weren’t done, she was still curly/not fully blown out, head cut too short and boxed instead of round. I understand people are still learning, but you need to take the time to train your folks on how to do a proper groom of a long-haired dog. Unacceptable for the price. But that’s what I get for not going to a private Groomer.

Linda is an absolutely incredible groomer! My 🐶 has loved her since day one. He is always excited to see her, and she has such a gentle, calming touch that he even falls asleep during his grooming sessions sometimes! That tells you everything you need to know about how comfortable he is with her. Linda consistently does a fantastic job with his cut, but more importantly, she provides a stress-free and positive experience every time. We are so lucky to have found her! Highly recommend!
