Paw Pals Pet Grooming

I love leaving my dogs and knowing that I can trust they will be well taken care of, she is great. And my dogs love her! And always look happy when they come home with their hair cut and massage she gives them! ❣ they smell great also!

They do what they're supposed to do very well. What I mean is, that the grooming portion was excellent. Their customer service... not as good. Also, I wish they would have brushed out my GSD a little bit more. (I can't speak on haircuts as both my dogs only had wash and brush out.) I might go back and try again. It's definitely worth checking out if you're in need of a groomer.

Dropped off 2 dogs and later she called and said one was dead. The Dog had hung itself from the grooming table. Why she walked away long enough for our dog to die I will never know. She told us the name of the dog who died and when picked up it was the complete opposite dog. She couldn't keep straight which dog was which. She waited so long to tell us our dog had died the rigor mortis had already set in. She had also called some huge guy to come to her store before we came and picked up our dog. Im sure to try and intimidate us.She then had the nerve to demand payment after killing our dog. I would not go there she is also extremely rude and her whole shop smells like cat pee.

Great groomer!!! My wife and I rescued this shaggy muddy timid standard poodle. She was a mess. Took her to Barbra and she fixed that girl up and she looked absolutely fabulous. She took great care of Bella and Bella was not stressed out when we picked her up. A+++ job. Ignore the negative reviews like we did and see for yourselves. Some folks have nothing better to do than to troll Google reviews. Anthony and Alicia.

Not a great experience. She doesn’t take cards which is an annoyance in this day. Not very friendly. My dogs look bad. In fairness they needed a lot cut but the cuts they got make them look weird. She keep their face fur long but bodies short and now they look like they have giant heads. Also kept weird puffs/ tuffs on the end of their tales. I had asked for no poodle cuts. She really seemed to not like that idea. We don’t like the poodle cut though and it seems she couldn’t quite get that. We won’t be going back.

I am very picky about where I take my Poodle to get groomed. I looked though all my local grooming businesses and came to this one. I saw the reviews and by reading them it didnt sound so good. So I called around and compared different prices and finally called this place last. Everyone else wanted to charge $60 for my Standard Poodle but this place said it would only be $35. So that was a big plus for me. The lady on the phone (shes the groomer as well) did sound kinda rude but I'm pretty sure it could just be her voice because once I took my dog there and met her she was VERY friendly and playful with my dog. Yes the place doesnt smell the best but thats because there are cats there, what do you expect? Anways, it took about 5 hours to get my dog done but you can tell she did take her time and made sure that I was going to be happy. I showed up there to pick my dog up and I was VERY impressed with the way she looked, she came out looking so clean and fuffy plus she was happy and wagging her tail which means she wasnt scared of the place. I will defiantly be going back there for the next grooming.

Not only did the owner do a great job of re-shaping my dog's hair after she got a terrible cut at the last groomer, my dog acted happy when I got there. Her prices are very reasonable for the market. I will be returning!
