This place is holds absolutely no responsibility or accountability for their actions. With the way they treat their customers, I can only imagine how poorly and abusively they treat the dogs when they are unsupervised. The haircut was not only horrible and the exact opposite of what I requested, but my dog was returned emotionally traumatized and physically cut on her skin. And when they are given negative feedback, this business does not apologize but instead doubles down on their actions and blames the customer. They do not deserve the privilege of grooming or even laying a single finger on any living creature. If you care for your pet, do NOT drop them off here. You are better off learning how to groom them yourself.

I have been very happy with Ruff to Fluff I’ve been coming to them since 2023! Danny is a very nice grommer, and he treats my dogs well. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good dog grommer in Bergen County.

Their lack of responsibility, lack of care, and lack of basic human decency is literally astonishing for anyone who has even a sense of empathy. They CUT the lips and gums of our dog and didn’t tell us. We are never coming back here again. Our dog went in for a routine haircut. Turns out, they CUT HIS LIPS AND GUMS while carelessly shaving his hair and DIDN’T TELL US. It was only after we got home that we realized his lips had swollen pink from pain. When we picked him up, his hair was cut so unevenly and there were random long hairs across his body. A beginner hair groomer cut his fair with obviously no supervision. After coming home, our dog was obviously traumatized. As a family, we are shocked by how this store could be so indifferent and cold-blooded about hurting an animal we trusted them with. We feel like fools for putting our dog in their care. For a store that made us believe we could trust them with our warm-blooded family member, it’s ironic how cold-blooded the people running it truly are.

We have a 4 pound maltipoo who is very small- we were worried about taking her grooming as we read about a lot of incidents with places not being able to deal with small puppies like ours. We brought our puppy here to Ruff to Fluff and we have zero regrets. The workers talked to us and we left feeling comfortable leaving her in hands of the groomers. She came back from her first grooming appointment happy as ever and looking amazing with zero problems. Can't recommend this place enough we will definitely be choosing this place as our regular groomers!!

Danny treated our beloved Kiki with exceptional care. She was always treated lovingly during her groomings, especially during her final months. We couldn’t have been happier with them!

We have been going here for a few years. They are very flexible and do a good job grooming our golden. Most importantly our dog goes in their happy and leaves happy!

Our little chihuahua is scared of people and getting her nails cut but every-time she gets dropped off and picked up here we are told she was a sweet girl and showed me pictures of her calmly getting washed and trimmed with love- definitely a safe option and come by frequently
