TLC Grooming & Boarding

A wonderful caring and expert staff attended to our sweet little Catalina Kay, our mini golden doodle. Braxton is our groomer and does a great job with her. They give the dogs breaks so they don't get stressed out and I think our pup really enjoyed all the attention! Very reasonably priced at 55 for her first appointment. We made another appointment in 4 weeks, and will get a $10 discount.

We took our recently adopted 5 month old shepherd mix to TLC for a bath and trim (he had recently been neutered, so no baths, and was pretty smelly!) we were a little anxious about how he would do with a new experience so soon after coming home but he did great and Natasha was so good with him! He looks and smells great and we will definitely be back with both Ozai and our older dog!

This was Ace's first visit to TLC. The team was very nice and got us in last minute. They did a great job with our dog and followed our request for how we wanted him cut. The groomer was professional and Ace left very happy. We'll be back! Call soon they book up quickly.

I have to give TLC grooming many thanks and kudos. Meagan is amazing she has been grooming my dog almost 5 years and she is so patient with him. I adopted Dash when he was one, I wasn’t informed that he was aggressive. I learned later after bringing him home, by then I had fell in love and couldn’t send him back. Meagan, Braxton and even Jasmine who comes out to get him are always patient kind and I really appreciate them and the whole TLC grooming team for looking beyond Dash’s flaws and aggression and still showing him the love and patients he need. I moved to Belton and still make the drive to Grain Valley, I am a lifetime customer!

My husband brings our girl Carly in for a nail trim and the two times she's been so far have been super quick and affordable and Carly is always happy to have her nails done. Thank you guys for taking care of our baby! We've been going here for a few years now and still the same exceptional services for our grrr. Thank you!

To the response you left my husband, my husband talks loud because of hearing aids, he was not yelling. And at no time did he call her derogatory names (lie) you did not tell me that we'd have to find somewhere else to groom our dogs, just his (lie 2). Does he really need to go back and forth with your rude employ? If the reason she wouldn't do his dog was because of the review why did she keep saying it was because she was booked? She was not hung up on (lie 3). You say you won't tolerate people attacking your employees (my husband did not attack anyone) perhaps you should also not allow your employees to be rude. reading the rest of the reviews it seems every 1 star review, you've got an answer as to why the customer is wrong.

Tracy always does an amazing job with our aussie!! Our aussie has special needs so Tracy takes extra care of our girl. Couldn’t thank her enough for her care and job! Highly recommend!
