PetSmart Grooming

I have never had a bad experience at this store. The groomers are always kind, they do their best to help you get the right service for the best price, and my dogs always look and smell amazing when I get them. Dee and Hope are WONDERFUL! I cannot say enough good things!!!!

Jennifer was very informative, did a great job looking over both my yorkies! Their cuts turned out great! They both look adorable, perfect cuts for them both! Clean grooming, clean store, friendly workers.

Just went yesterday for my Bruno, I paid for a full haircut and bath, none of his nails were clipped or trimmed. Had to give him another bath, he still smelled bad. Time to find somewhere else to go.

Have good groomers but also ones you can't trust. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. Canceled my appointment one hour before my appointment and screwed me over as had my schedule changed for it and they even called to confirm I would be there even though they did not end up being there. Also, they overcharged me $5 last appointment and wouldn't give me credit or a refund or even cared for that matter.

I would NEVER take my animal there again they were extremely rude and talked bad about my lil Shitzu n made racial comments I’m over it no one should have to go through so much stress n humiliation to get their lil fur family member a hair cut n bath I wouldn’t ever go back this was at the Grand Blanc Michigan store

Web page says open at 7 am, Sign on storefront says 8 am, Not open at 8:15 am. What time do they really open ?

We love them. Cali always does great there. They do an amazing job.
