Jurassic Bark

I will absolutely not be returning to this groomer. Right off the bat, the staff displayed a complete lack of professionalism. When I arrived, I handed over my dog's required paperwork for rabies and other vaccinations. Instead of properly reviewing or filing the medical documents, they simply took a quick picture of it with their phone and brushed it off. The actual grooming job was just as unprofessional. I gave Hollie very specific, simple instructions: I asked for a classic Yorkie face, and a shorter body cut while still leaving as much length as possible. They completely botched the haircut. It looks terrible and looks nothing like what I explicitly requested. My dog looks like a different breed! The staff members were nice but unfortunately the quality of the actual work was very poor. Save your money and take your pet somewhere else.

Took my little guy here. They did amazing. I did recommend cleaning up the beard a little bit next time I take him in. Holly offered to do it real quick; she did amazing. Bentley was a good boy. I am very happy with Holly and her business.

Holly and their team are the best when it comes to taking care of your best friend. Highly recommended 1 million stars.

Can't speak to the phone interviews, but they do respond in a timely manner on facebook messenger. I have seen Darcy twice now, and I am thrilled with the results. My dog comes out looking good and happy. I have had zero concerns about leaving my pet their for grooming.

We are highly impressed with "oh my dog." We have two fur babies that we had been struggling to get them in anywhere! Holly got both of our girls in right away and they both looked great! Our golden retriever gets trimmed in some areas and in the past other groomers make it look choppy! But Holly was able to trim her without the choppiness!! Thank you so much for being so accommodating and the cute ornament with their paws on them!! ****Update**** although we were extremely happy with Holly and how she was with our girls. After a couple of times going to see her we would contact to make appointments and it took like a week or so to get a response after a few times of trying. The last time same thing text her nothing wrote the fb page took days to respond when whoever finally did they asked when we wanted to bring our pups I said a date or asked when would work for them and never got a response. We unfortunately had to find a new groomer…

While visiting GJ, we stopped at Oh My Dog in the hopes of getting my dog’s nails trimmed without an appointment. They were able to get her in right away and did a great job! The woman helping us was very experienced, and the price was more than fair. I would highly recommend this groomer!

I was super hesitant leaving a review and wanted to give the business a chance to respond to me My doodle went in for a groom we knew he had some matting near his tail. It had pre brushed him out prior to the appointment Upon pick up on the drive home my seats where all covered in blood from 2 different toe nails that were bleeding pretty bad we caught those for a few days Kept biting at his feet and leg and upon looking he had a burn between his toes as well as one on his hind leg too His face near his eye was also pretty rough looking with. Spot on his neck I reached out and tried to find out what happened with literally no response from this shop. I paid a good amount of money plus tipped very well for the service, We were suggested this shop by someone else and sadly will not return nor suggest them to anyone else either
