Our puppy has made huge improvements in such a short amount of time, and the difference in behavior, confidence, and focus is honestly amazing. My dog was a little nervous when we first arrived; however, he relaxed quickly. I was surprised. Being his first time there, I was shocked at how calm he was when they put him in the kennel for me to check him in. They informed me he was a gentleman through text and even offered me a discount because he was so well-behaved and an easy client. When I arrived, he was happy and relaxed. I'm glad I tried this fantastic place. The girls were knowledgeable and very caring! I will definitely be returning and telling others about our wonderful experience!

Best groomer I have ever used. Kirstie is an expert in her knowledge of all dogs nd lives them all where they need to be met in their experiences. Ebony as well makes my girl so excited to go. Proud to have such a fabulous place that cares about my fur family.

Today, I brought my long-haired German Shepherd in for grooming. I was just as nervous as she was! But these ladies did an amazing job with her! I am more than pleased with the outcome. She looks beautiful, best I’ve ever seen her look. She was calm when I picked her up and seemed happy and has been since we got home. I know that she was treated well and that she feels much better now. Thank you ladies so much for your hard work! 🥰

Dog Training: excellent all around training! Very adaptable amd creative for different dogs with various issues. I rescued a very abused and traumatized dog from a long stay at a shelter/sanctuary. Realized I needed professional help with her extreme reactivity and PTSD. I am so glad a friend highly recommended Cynthia. Through a combination of private sessions and classes I can walk and play with my dog calmly most everywhere with confidence. Cynthia also worked with our entire pack of six dogs helping our family regain order and peace. She and Kyla are versitile, creative, calm and confident. Excellent training saves dogs lives and human relationships. We have learned so much.

Cynthia at Krystie’s K9 Creations has been phenomenal with my Northern Inuit service-dog prospect. Weekly privates + group classes = huge gains in focus, public manners, PTSD task foundations, and med-alert work. Compassionate, skilled, and results-driven. Highly recommend. Last October (October 2024), my dog Cerberus and I met with several local trainers because I wanted to train him as my service dog—primarily a psychiatric service dog to help me connect with people and manage PTSD symptoms, and a medical-alert dog to cue me when it’s time to take medication. My case is a little unusual: after DBS surgery in 2023, I regained a lot of function I’d lost to essential/Parkinsonian-type tremors, and I’m rebuilding my independence. I also lost my previous service dog, Shadow, who truly saved my life more than once, so finding the right trainer mattered. Of everyone we interviewed, Cynthia at Krystie’s K9 Creations was the only trainer Cerberus responded to immediately. Cerberus is a Northern Inuit—smart, strong-willed, and not always easy to train—but Cynthia earned his attention and respect from day one. Since then we’ve had weekly private sessions and enrolled in multiple group classes with other instructors at Krystie’s. The progress has been amazing: better focus and impulse control, calm public manners (settle under a table, loose-leash walking, ignoring distractions), reliable cues for PTSD symptom interruption, and early work toward medication reminders. What I appreciate most is Cynthia’s clear plan, consistent feedback, and genuine care for both handler and dog. Krystie’s K9 Creations has given me confidence, community, and a concrete path forward.
