Excellent as always. Pups was cheerful when we picked her up and our special request to trim her face shorter was fulfilled.
100% recommend. I have a 3 year old mini doodle and a morkie puppy. The doodle's hair is very poodley. His haircut was perfect. No lines or even a little hair uncut. I was impressed. My puppy is wiggly....very wiggly.........very. And Ivey managed to get him very well cut and he looks flawless! If we lived here, i would absolutely be back!
Will never bring my dogs here again! Young lady came out of back room crying saying To another worker ( their dog bit me) I leaned over little door and said my dog? The lady was absolutely rude to me. I said I’ll go back and get her. Rudely she says, no one can go back there. Not even a minute later they come and get me. Three people had my dog pretty much cornered in kennel. One lady was holding her down with gloves on. I was livid!! They proceed to tell me she was great with getting groomed, washed and nails done. I asked if she broke skin and was told no. Mind you she has never bit anyone before!!!

The groomer I had for koda was so very nice and friendly and I really enjoyed her and she did an excellent job on my dog I had never been to a dog groomer before so this was new and she made a great experience
