Robin's Pet Groomery

Worst place to ever take your dog. She is extremely rude. She WILL rip you off. She used to groom my dogs and I regret ever taking them. One of my dogs has black nails and everytime I got her back she wouldn't let me touch her feet and her nails were obviously too short. I have a friend that used to take his dogs in and he had problems as well. One of his dogs can be very skittish and we have been working on him being more social. After going to this horrible woman he would hide more often even though he had become comfortable socializing. My friend's other dog has hip problems. He broke his hip as a puppy and now walks with a limp. After the last time of going here, he couldn't walk easily and obviously something had happened to him. This was after she had to wait for her payment, so she obviously took it out on the innocent animals. I have also had problems with the time. I took my girls in once and was told it will be about two hours (my dog's were the only ones there when I dropped them off) and when I called FIVE HOURS LATER she was rude to me that I was calling wondering what was taking so long with my two small dogs. She also refused to clean their anal glands which is a part of grooming. Your dogs would be safer and honestly probably look better if you groomed them yourself. Anywhere is better than here.

They did a great job with our dog and they were very quick about it he came back looking like a new dog
