The staff were nice to my pup and they did a good job with his nails! I was a little surprised when I saw the $20 total since their website has lower prices listed for the walk in nail trims, but maybe their website just hasn't been updated in a while. I still think the price was fine, and it was convenient.

These amazing professionals understood my situation and got my mother- in- laws dog Mimi, in within a few days of my calling them. (My husband and I are taking care of her until she flies to her new home to live with my mother in laws only daughter in Tahoe, NV.) Thank you North Bark! You are kind and excellent, and Mimi looks so amazing! 😍 Her hair, perfectly trimmed, her nails, her ears, her happy collar bow! Thank you so much for your care ❤️ and I couldn't have been happier! Absolutely love this place! The appointments only take a few hours or less and my dog always leaves looking adorable and is so soft. They do an excellent job.This is the only place my dog’s been where he doesn’t get shaky & anxious, he loves being able to visit with the other dogs after. The lady at the front desk is so friendly and welcoming, you can tell all the staff really love what they do. Will never go anywhere else and I always recommend!

I had gone to Chow Hound because I just couldn't get my great pyrenees mutt dog to let me cut his dewclaws. They tried for a while but let me know they just couldn't get him still enough to cut his nails. Knowing the claws were getting too long, I took him here when I saw reviews stating they can handle more difficult animals. Those reviews were correct. Within 5 minutes of walking in, 2 ladies had my dog's nails all trimmed, held on tight when he tried to squirm away, stayed exceptionally calm, and it was worth every bit of the $20. They handled him like the pros they are, and I'm so grateful my pup isn't dealing with pad pressure anymore. Thank you wonderful team at North Bark, you saved my day!

Loved it! I have a busy 4 month old Standard Parti Poodle who wouldn't let me get clippers anywhere near his face. Even scissors were an issue. I was worried I'd take him in to be done and they'd tell me they couldn't do him because he was too uncooperative. Instead they said he was great, and he was pristine when I got him. He was a mud pie as soon as I let him out on this snowy, rainy, muddy day, but his trim is still fabulous lol. They were super nice too. Thanks ladies!

We've been taking our dogs here for grooming for going on twelve years. They do good work and out dogs have always loved the experience.

I brought my small 14 year old dog here to be groomed for our first time a few months ago after moving to this area. He has a collapsed trachea and enlarged heart due to aging and I requested he be kenneled away from other dogs and gave the groomer a heads up as to not take them by surprise if he made hacking noise when he got anxious. When I picked him up he was in such a good mood and looked like a whole new dog in the best way! The groomer took her time with him and even gave him breaks to not overwhelm him with his breathing without charging me more! I ended up tipping her almost just as much as the cut cost because they took such good care of him and I brought him back recently for his 2nd cut with them and he came in with a tail wagging instead of fighting me by pulling on the leash like he used to do at other places! I couldn't give them a high enough rating, you can tell they really care about pets and what they do--thank you SO much North Bark!! 💜 You've got a forever customer with me!
