Posh Paws Grooming Salon Granite Bay

Posh Paws is the Absolute best groomers in town. We will not take our son any other place after seeing how much they care about each dog! Any time we get a new Foster dog we always bring them to Posh Paws to get pampered and it always amazes me how well they do with each dog. They treat each dog as if it’s their own. Jennifer and her team are the best!

My boys and grand-dog have been going to Posh Paws for a few years for their nail trims. This store takes great care of our little guys. They often can take them on short notice if I go first thing in the morning or late in the evening around 5:30. They’re very careful, do an excellent job and the staff is helpful and positive.

I have been bringing my Maggie girl here since October 2024. Kimberly and Kelsee are both great with her! She loves the whole staff and is always so excited to see everyone. She always comes home in tip top shape and Kimberly always sends her with the cutest bandanas!

The worst customer service EVER received and did not complete the job. We will not be back. We took our 17 year-old dog here the other day. Unfortunately, our dog suffered a seizure and they didn't even bother to call. This was disappointing because we were just next door shopping at the Nugget (doodle) as we told them when we reiterated "CALL US" if there are any problems. We received a text an HOUR later that they tried to call, but that was a lie, and that our dog had a seizure and all they did was wash her. Didn't even dry her. Nails not trimmed. Hair not trimmed. Not shaved. Nothing else done other than a wash. Yet they still charged us $100. They used to be a one-location premium place and we went there for years and were happy, but now have sacrificed service & care for profit making by opening up multiple locations and hiring less qualified staff. While picking up our dog there were no cages which was good, but looking at our dog in the eye, she was scared. The person (male) at the front counter was not very patient & had no empathy for our dog and was obsessed with saying they waived a $50 cancel fee at another location. An appointment that we called and cancelled well in advance so nothing was owed, which is why we were at that location, not the other one! The worst customer service EVER received. We will not be back.

The staff was very kind and understanding of my dog being nervous at the groomers. They allowed her to stay in her own carrier and were very patient and gentle with her. She looks very cute and it was worth the extra money to take her there. They gave her a cute spring bandana🐰💛 My dog was calm after picking her up 💖🐶

I was overcharged for my dog’s bath, but I was told they couldn’t fix their mistake in store and they’d have to let management know who would get back to me. I followed up after not hearing anything back and got the same response. Never heard back from them. I’ve taken both of my dogs here for over 4 years but will be looking for alternate groomers since I don’t want to continue to be overcharged. Prior to this they were fine but seemed to constantly change hours, including removing Saturdays making it difficult for those who worked during the week to schedule, citing lack of staff but then they were opening new locations. Unless you can take your dog middle of a random weekday, you may need to wait weeks for an appointment.

We used to take our dog Sochi here for her regular grooming needs. The girls who worked there clearly were not passionate about their work, but the ease to schedule frequent coupons/discounts and reasonable prices kept us coming back. However, the last few grooms we had there, our dog was clearly unhappy when we picked her up, and on several occasions had small bleeding nicks and cuts from the groom with some spots where they missed entirely, almost like they had just given up. The last experience I had there, I booked the only time available that worked for us which happened to be near the end of the work day. When I picked my dog up the girl at the desk quite rudely told me that in the future I shouldn't book my dog for the last appointment of the day because she "clearly doesn't like the blowdryer" when it really felt like what she was saying was "don't book your dog for the last appointment of the day because we don't want to deal with her" despite us being paying customers and them OFFERING those appointment time slots. If that time slot is a problem then don't offer it as an option. Utterly ridiculous way to speak to a customer and was the last straw, we will not be coming back again.
