Le Clipperie Dog Grooming

If I could give them negative stars, I would. My dog came back to us in severe pain and I have a feeling they yanked on her collar or leash and have damaged her neck. We took her to the vet and they also agree that something happened while she was being groomed. These people abuse the animals that come in and have no regard for the health or safety of the animals. Do not ever bring your pets here. They're disgraceful.

My fiancé took our dog to get groomed there. The lady helping him was extremely rude. She was extremely sarcastic to my fiancé with any questions he had. She seemed very annoyed and pissed at the dogs, losing her temper and yelling at them like they were children. She also manhandled our dog very aggressively afterwords during the pick up. With the lady yelling at/being rough with the dogs in front of customers, it makes me wonder what goes on behind closed doors. The haircut on our dog was alright, but with such terrible customer service and treatment of the dogs, there is absolutely zero reason to come back. I would not recommend this place.

I called to try and inquire about grooming services was received by a very not so pleasant woman on the phone. She was a bit condescending and basically told me she would not groom my 5 pound chihuahua because I told her my chihuahua bit the last groomer she said and I quote "I’m a senior citizen and I don’t want to deal with it". I get having preferences but you’re running business are you not? Not a good way to make new customers. -1/10 would not recommend

My family and I have been bringing our dogs here for the last 15 years. Absolutely love the work that they do and how nice they are. She was the first one to cut the hair on my puppy and did a great job! She even worked with another dog I had that struggled with other dogs and he turned out great every time!

Wonderful people! Very helpful. We brought our lab in for a nail clipping and they were super sweet and got them done very quickly for free! The ladies working were joking and talking so sweetly to the animals. Would absolutely bring her in for a full grooming. Next time we bring her in for her nails will bring cash to tip!

She has been grooming my pups on and off for roughly 15 years, at times on the go. She cares about her clients - the two and for legged kind and does her best to provide first class service. The prices here are super competitive and reasonable, and include nail clipping.

We truly enjoyed the services. Timely service and the pups didn't even mope around for 2 days after getting groomed.
