I'm canceling my account. I was 20 minutes late for the appointment, my fault, I apologized. The staff could not give my dog a bath. Not a problem, again, it was my fault. I asked the team if they could clip the dog's nails. The normal service for flea treatment and blow dry takes an hour, there was still 40 minutes left of my appointment. They offered to clip the nails. When I returned to pick the dog up they told me they were charging me for the nail clipping even though the nail clipping was completed well before our normal appointment would have been completed. Fine, take my money, but I'm canceling the account. You got an extra $13 out of me today, but it cost you $90 a month revenue for years to come. We have had an account with you for years, I expect your staff to appreciate that fact, and to have the sense to realize the long term value of happy customers. Best of luck to you.

Great first experience!! Booked an appt on a whim and very happy with the experience. My dog left happy and she smells great. Her nails look great and ears are super clean. Everyone was very nice too! We did a membership so excited to see how the month goes.

Sent our little Freddy Krueger for a wash, cut and blow. His poodle fur really needed it. He had some matting and sticky stuff so they had their work cut out! Nicole was awesome with him!! He came out smelling amazing and looking adorable. Here’s a before and after.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The membership style is enticing and customer service is stellar, but the service quality is lackluster. I'd prefer to bath him myself or bring him to a dedicated grooming service. I did the introductory first bath and blow out and the service and spent close to $90 with a tip. When he came out originally, he wasn't fully dried and still needed to be deshedded. I couldn't add on the deshedding service because they were fully booked for the day, but they offered to dry him more. They aside the issue with drying him was that he's a larger dog and they couldn't get him to stay still. At the same price point, I could've brought him to another groomer that would've desheeded and given him a haircut.

Have used them four times with my Cavapoo puppy. Haircut, Teeth, Ears etc. came out great! Personnel was wonderful and Chester came out happy!

Never again! Unprofessional, not trained properly. We have 3 dogs, they have all been here. Our pups last visit at this location was on 4/23. Our regular groomer is back from surgery now & came to our home this morning… turns out our puppy had this cotton ball stuck inside one of his ears since he was groomed at this horrible place, how terrible. I can not believe they left this inside of his ear….how horrible. I would never recommend this place. Absolutely unbelievable & unacceptable. We are thankful that our professional groomer found this and removed it.

So happy to have a Scenthound close to home. Mickey was happy to have a bath, nails done, ears cleaned and teeth brushed. The staff was friendly and you can tell they love what they do. We will be back weekly.
