PetSmart Grooming

I took in a rescue dog last night. She was extremely rough I believe it was Sara who groomed her she looks so amazing! I didn't think she would look this good.

Now this place I definitely loved, for example if you saw something online from them that cost for example 50 bucks, but it's higher at the store they will match it. I liked this place, will keep coming back!!!

I appreciate that they offer walk-in nail trims and even promote their 'Yappy Hour' for discounted services on weekdays. It’s a great concept! That said, I sometimes feel like my visit is an inconvenience when I bring my dog in for nails. While they do take him without issue, the reception doesn’t always feel welcoming. That being said, I’m grateful that they are always kind and professional with the pets, which is the most important thing. 2/25 Update. I am done with PetSmart Grooming. Took my dog in there for nail trim on a Friday afternoon. They told me I'd have to come back in an hour and a half. I live 20 minutes away, so that's not convenient. Then I said they could take me in 15 minutes. I came back to the salon after wandering the store. The salon tech told me that my dogs rabies vaccine was outdated. He just had his shot two days prior and I had the rabies certificate. She refused to do his nails because she said it had to be a full 48 hours since the vaccine and that we were probably a few hours short. I called PetCo next door and they took us immediately with no problems. I found my new place.

I love this store. Come here to get my baby bearded dragons crickets. I love seeing the other animals come into the store it reminds me of when I was little having dogs and cats. Unfortunately I'm allergic to them and have to double up on a mask when I enter. I love bringing my daughter she loves to pet people dogs. She wants to be a veterinarian when she grows up :).. I would definitely recommend this store.

I was told the grooming was 38.00 for the weekend. Turned out to be 68.00 and didn't even trim the nails. So pretty much 68.00 for a dog bath.

Much better animal care than before. 4 stars as they still have some smaller (better than before) cages.

Heather is amazing! Not only was she extremely helpful in person she's given me great advice while calling in to get tips on caring for our baby bearded dragon. I'd highly recommend this location.
