After 12 years of using this establishment for my pet grooming. I will no longer use them. I asked the young lady to be gentle with his back legs because my puppy is 11 years old. She said that she could not groom him because of their standards, and that I would have to have a veterinary’s release. I believe she was the new manager of the pet spa. Look like she may have been all of 22. The regular lady that Grooms him did not approach the front desk. So don’t make this request don’t let your animals get old Need a little tenderness care. For goodness sake‘s they should be blind in one eye. Wish there was ADA laws for pets. I guess the store doesn’t want me as a customer with a bad knee to walk into their store for fear of being sued. There are many other places for me to do my business and buy my pet food. I don’t need you.
I was not told how much it will charge for bath and nail trim and brushing teeth .when i asked and confirm with her she said 28$ and when i went to get my dog they charge me $70
