PetSmart Grooming

WORST PETSMART EVER!!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL AS MANAGERS THERE ARE DOWNHILL AND SHAMEFUL!!!! Bought a bag of dry food for my pup and I asked if I can return it if my dog won’t eat and they said YES. I went today to return the dog food and they won’t let me claiming that they need a receipt and that it’s past 60days another manager came and said it’s because we opened the bag LOL..how can we try it if we don’t open the bag???!! Also I’ve attached a copy of their receipt which it says that the store accepts returns without a receipt and past 60days with a valid ID and the CC used for the purchase!! Anyways… do yourselves a huge favor and Go somewhere else. Their customer service is terrible and every manager has a different story. They are very good at Lying such as Heather and the other male manager not sure his name and we don’t care. They don’t know what they are doing!!! Don’t waste your time and money there.I know we won’t again!!!

Today was my first day in greensboro and i had to do a little shopping in Target then Petsmart. Everything was so neat and clean! Employees are helpful and super respectful. Definitely not something i’m used to where i’m from. I will be back to these locations faithfully!

I came in to get an updated Rx card for my cat. Malik helped me and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. While I was waiting in line the customer in front of me was being very rude and nasty to an employee named Melinda. I would just like to let Melinda know she handled the situation with grace and so much patience. Kudos to PetSmart for having great employees like Malik and Melissa on your team!

made an appointment and drove 30 mins to get my cats nails trimmed and was told they couldn’t be done today.

Jennifer my girls groomer is AWESOME! We have been coming here for their Grooming needs for a good number of years. Jennifer is patient and kind and my 2 girls always look awesome!!

I took my dog to get a bath and he came back smelling sour, I would not recommend this a pet smart

I made an appointment for my dog to be groomed the day of the appointment today they cancelled. Apparently they claimed to have called twice to ask to bring my pup earlier but "someone" answered the phone saying they were sick repeatedly. I received a text message that said my appointment had been cancelled so I called to find out why. I was told someone informed them they were sick and they cancelled the appointment and was then replaced with another pup. Now I have to go another week possibly without my pup being groomed for an appointment I made a week ago and needed. They did not have any availability to replace my appointment today and could not get him in until the beginning of the week. So unprofessional I am so upset I needed a grooming badly now we have to wait. I will more than likely never have my pup groomed there again.
