Petco Grooming

I brought my one year old Poodle Pit rescue, Josie, in for a nail trim. Asked to take them down as short as possible. Told Andrea that the vet had to muzzle her because she kept turning her head towards them. They barely even cut her nails and charged me $25. Andrea took her back but made no promises since y’all do not muzzle. However, she was patient with Josie and was able to buff her nails short! She said Josie did great and it was only $18. I will definitely be bringing her back to Andrea from now on! Thanks Andrea and Petco!!

The groomer did an excellent job trimming my chi/pom dog's nails. Have had problems with getting her nails trimmed recently and was very pleased that this was not the case coming to Petco. Would recommend 100%

My visits to Petco have been pleasurable. The entire staff including the grooming staff are so caring. You can tell their sincerity by the interaction with the animals. When checking out the first time after grooming the gentleman at the register took the time to explain the savings program and how to accumulate rewards. I'm very pleased with how they continue to make our visits a positive experience.

Ms. Kelly had her work cut out for her with my child! Great job!! 🤣🤣🤣

This place is terrible. My husband and I have just moved into the area and we took our dog here to be groomed which had been assigned to Adie. She cut his hair down his back then called me to tell me to come get because he was being aggressive when she got to his legs. I had already informed her that he was matted from us being in transition from our moving and getting settled. She stated that was no problem. So I rescheduled him with hopes of getting assigned to someone else. This time he was scheduled with Kelly and she just goes and cancels the appointment with no call and blocks me from making any future appointments. Very unprofessional on the company as a whole. I’m sure my pup isn’t the only dog that gets aggressive in this type of setting. Definitely a bad decision for us on this location. Good luck!

I asked to keep his teddy bear face and not do poodle cut but when I got there after I paid he came out with poodle cut and he is gapped up around his face and his behind. So very upset. I talked with the groomer myself before I left. I paid 93 dollars for this groom and I’m just so angry..

Other than getting bumped from our scheduled appointment, the groomer that we had at the 2nd appointment was great. She did a fantastic job !!!!
