Alfie's Grooming

Amazing experience! They cared for our Snuggles and did an excellent job. Super excited and he got a cute bandana at the end. Def will be back and highly recommend their services. I can’t wait to bring him back.

Great job, patient and thorough with both my little guy and me. It was his first trip to the groomer's and he can be a real drama queen as he's a talker. Crissy talked with me quite a bit so I knew what my dog would experience and to make sure she'd get everything done with him that I did or didn't want. He looks absolutely adorable and while he was his talky self when I came in to get him, he was bright eyed and happy. I am very pleased and scheduled him for a second visit in six weeks.

So happy I found this place. I did not want to take my grand dog to petco or petsmart for grooming. He is a bit neurotic so I wanted a place that would be gentle with him. Alfie's did an amazing job with Oscar.

I was concerned when Erin moved away because she'd always been so great with my little Yorkie, Truman. However, Julie has been the one to work on him since then and he has been absolutely adorable and very well cared for both times. Thanks Julie.

Moved back to Portland and called to schedule a groom for my pup and was told they don't take appointments for dogs that are 10 years and over. My daughter passed away 10.5 years ago and I have had her lhasa apso ever since. He just turned 13, so they won't take him, even though I let them know he is SUPER chill and basically stands frozen for the groom... nope, they won't take him... WOW

Took 3 mini doxie's in and they were awesome with them. My little girl has trust issues, when we went to pick them up it was great.Never seem my doxie so relaxed after a trip to the groomers. The staff was very friendly, took their time with b them. The groomer was very open about how our girls did. Very satisfied. Would highly recommend Alfie"s Groomers.

As it is often the case, people who are good at their trade don’t think much about it because they often give it their best without a thought. Crissy is profesional, she understands and rapports well with canines, she also has a sense of artistry and balance and she will naturally make your dog look the best it has ever has looked. If you get lucky enough to book an appointment with her, consider that you won the dog groomers lottery. Seriously she is very, very good. The shop is clean and their Covid protocol, stellar. The groomers she hires are held to her high standards. So if you cannot get in with her, be assured that the other groomers will be sweet to your dogs and very competent in their trade. Take this review from a person who is very discerning about dog groomers. I been to many shops in the last few years.
