For over a decade, I have trusted Deb with all my dogs—from seniors to puppies and everything in between. I can’t imagine anyone else ever grooming my pets. You have a gift, my dear friend, and I appreciate you more than you know. You treat us like family, and that means the world to us.

Lydia was absolutely amazing! Took my standard poodle in who was super scruffy, and I didn’t groom him for a few months, I know shame on me! They got me in super fast and they were reasonably priced! Not only was Lydia fabulous, and inviting when I dropped Cooper off, she also called to clarify after I left about his groom and the specifics. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Will be going back for a bath and fluff in a few weeks before his next groom. Thanks again for making my fur baby look dapper!

I took in a 2 year old Goldendoodle (Gracie) 3 years ago just before Christmas. Gracie was living on a farm and outside much of the time causing very long, dirty and severely matted hair. I was unable to deal with it myself. Being that it was very cold outside I wanted to bring her in the house, but she was do dirty I couldn't. I called many groomers, but nobody was available. I found Head's & Tails and they got me in in just a couple of days! I explained the condition of the dog and they said, "No Problem!". When I took her in, they explained that she would need to be shaved naked and why before they started the job. I dropped her off in the morning and picked her up in the afternoon. Gracie looked like a whole new dog! The groomer explained what she found during the grooming including the absence of flees, ticks, skin problems, etc... and told me that she pulled a significant amount of ear hair and yeast from Gracie's ears. She saved the ear debris to show me what was found. I noticed there were no nicks on Gracie's skin and she was very, very clean, smelled nice, and happy! I have used Head's & Tails as my only groomer since and the quality and value continue to be great! I have referred others to Head's & Tails and they have also been pleased with the quality, care, and professionalism of the groomers. Highly recommend Head's & Tails!

Love Debbie and her crew! You can’t beat the quality and the price. She always does an amazing job! This was Dublins first haircut and he looks so handsome. I’ve brought my other dog to her before whose a short hair and I’m never disappointed.

Took my golden here after having a bad experience elsewhere. They did a fanatic job with him he came out lookin like a new man! His paws, nails & hair were all perfectly trimmed he smelt so nice. It was a fast process. They’re super reasonably priced as well! Definitely will be coming back! Thank you!! 😊

Brought my dog in for the first time and I will not be back. When I made the appointment I specifically told them what needed to be done. Then I get to the appointment and the person makes random small talk for almost 10 minutes then when I talk about what is needed on my dog she started to walk away mid conversation as if she was done talking to me. Then I show up a couple hours later and they told me they didn’t take her as short as I wanted on her legs because they thought it looked bad and they didn’t even trim her behind hair like I asked. My dog was moving so much during pick up I couldn’t really tell what happened. It wasn’t until I brought her home that I fully saw the hack job! It looks like they chopped her with her harness on because she had random short patches on her back and they trimmed the hair around her face and neck which does not grow back and was never asked for. I spent over $100 for a hack job that hasn’t grown back a month and a half later! Extremely disappointed!

Brought my big furry Oakley here for his first real grooming and they did great! He's pretty high energy and is weird about people touching his ears and they still got the job done and quick! They also honored my appointment after an emergency the night before and I thought that was super awesome that they still saw us and took the time on my pup regardless of the stress they were under! Will definitely be coming back!
