My mom has been taking her two big dogs here for a couple of months, and they come back smelling so wonderful! I am so grateful for them and the service they provide to her babies! 💛
One star because a zero wasn’t available. And look, it wasn’t just their booking error it’s about how rude she was. Was given a 9am appointment on Super Bowl Sunday showed up at 855. About 905 she shows up and asked if she could help us and my wife told her we had a 9am appointment to which she said, "no you don’t. My first appointment is not until 10." She then gets on the phone with her appointment maker and ignores us. She stayed on the phone until we had to leave. Not so much as a hang on, or a give me a minute. She’s just rude. Misty is a cat whisperer! We have 3 Maine Coons & she does an amazing job with them! Wouldn't trust them with anyone else!
