Albert got his first grooming 3 1/2 months old they did a great job!

They took care of our rescue pitty. Boarded For 7 days. And River absolutely loved his stay.

We regularly took our two small dogs to be groomed and occasionally boarded with Lynette. The last time we boarded our dog while we were out of town for 5 nights. While grooming him one the first or second night, they cut his skin open at the top of his leg. Not only did they not notify us that he had been cut, but when I checked in with them daily, she continued to tell me that he was doing great. Upon pickup she showed me the cut and told me she would pay for the vet bill if necessary. Can't trust her, won't go back, don't recommend her.

The Grooming & Boarding Cottage was extremely flexible in scheduling me in while I was in town for a funeral unexpectedly. They were amazing and did a great job on my puppy.

These ladies are great. I take our tiny dog Penny (mini yorkie) for a haircut every few months and they always do a great job. I’m embarrassed - I never even thought about tipping the dog groomer. This past time, while on my way home after picking up Penny from her haircut appt, it dawned on me…. I tip my barber, my wife tips her hair-dresser, we tip waiters/waitresses, bar-tenders, delivery drivers, etc…. I never even thought about tipping these groomers. Not sure why I didn’t consider it..?? I sincerely apologize to these workers and promise I will make it up to you ladies. Thank you for taking such good care of our Penny.
