Blue Ribbon Pet Grooming Harlingen

I just picked up my Shih Tzu mix doggy, only to find both her eyes dilated with blood. The lady at the front says that this is normal for her breed and it’s from stress. Never has this happened before. It’s very alarming. As in I might have to take her to the Vet. This is not ok. My doggie has been groomed so many times and this has never happened. I will not be returning, very disappointed.

If I could give them a 0 I would we took our 2 Schnauzers there to get a summer cut we specifically told him not to touch there beards and when we picked them up they both had there beards cut this is very upsetting this groomer should not be in business

My dog came back looking better than ever. He is whiter and his nails are trimmed he smells so good. Recommend this place.

Took my 10lb poodle there and i picked him up he look traumatized like he had seen some stuff in there or they hit him. We got home and he went to his bed and didnt wanna move! Never has he acted like that. They advertise $29 grooming but my bill was $49!! I might as well go to petsmart at that price. Cut is mid not bad or great. Lady at the front is sketchy. Only speaks Spanish and cash only. I also Took my older poodle there for basic cut and they called me 5 times!! within the hour that she was ready for pick up. They said she was old and didnt want anything to happen to her waiting to get picked up?? I dont feel this place is genuine, and I dont have proof but my pets act different leaving that place! They are poodles so they are used to grooming. Be warned..

Our husky was happy when we picked her up and the grooming was really good. They did amazing job! Very friendly and good customer service!

Would be Zero but not available. Took my Shitzus to get bathed, since they're special I suppose they didn't want to bother. Dropped them off told them of the special care and tell tell signs of the male getting mad or getting ready to bite. Not even 10 minutes later they call me and ask me to pick them up, that they were afraid of something happening to them. Oh please, real grommers know how to deal with all sorts of pets. Keep in mind they dogs get groomed regularly since they were pups. Don't waste your time.

I was really concerned after reading the reviews. Happy to report my puppy grooming session went really well. He trimmed her hair and she smelled amazing. If she sit still long enough I’ll post a picture. Fair price.
