Furry Blessings dog grooming and training

My dog developed a horrible skin infection immediately after being groomed here. Has cost me hundreds in vet visits, antibiotics, shampoos, as well as having to bathe her every few days. In addition, it wasn’t even a good haircut. I had to go around with scissors and cut off obvious chunks of hair sticking out all over the place. Really upset by this, as my poor dog is still suffering weeks later. Do yourself and your pet a favor and go to an actual grooming salon, not this home operation with substandard conditions. ****the following is an update after owner reply: Yes, I should have left a negative review sooner. Sorry I didn’t rush to do so. My bad. And yes l, I should have closely inspected Sandy before leaving. I certainly didn’t "rave" about it, and certainly didn’t say I would be back (it’s possible I said "yeah" out of reflex when you said you hoped I’d be back). But again, my bad for not looking closer and asking you to redo a bunch of places on the spot. Still would have led to a negative review, so I think you are a little hung up on the time frame. As to not telling you earlier, my first priority is dealing with the problem. I most definitely was not going to ask YOU to deal with the problem. And so yes, now I got around to sharing my experience, as is the point of leaving a review. People can take it or leave it as they see fit.

I was so nervous, this is the 1st time my Maltipoo Winnie was getting groomed by anyone other than my in-laws kennel as I'm getting a divorce. I dropped Winnie off at 11am I told Lorry what I wanted, and let her know I was a little nervous. She text me 20 minutes later told me Winnie just had a bath and she'd be ready at 2. At 130 she text and said she was ready! Winnie looks GREAT, she's also very reasonable $50 and Winnie did have matting. I will MOST DEFINITELY be back! Lorry did an amazing job grooming my cat- a long haired Persian. She gave her a bath and trimmed her toe beans and rump, shaved some parts of her stubborn matted belly area and clipped her nails. She offered to shave her (summer time) but I wanted to keep her coat long, however, I would have trusted her to do it and do a good job. Winnie feels so soft and smells fresh. I will be back and would recommend Lorry if you have a pet that needs a refresh!

I’d give her zero stars if I could. My grandma took her dog here twice. Both times the grooming was fine but the last time she was there this lady gave away my grandma’s dog’s harness. Which was $40, fairly new, and in great shape. It fit her dog PERFECTLY. When we went to pick the dog up, his leash was tied tight around his neck since he did not have his harness that we dropped him off with. That is completely unsafe and irresponsible. He could have been hurt or choked. When I asked this lady where his harness is she told us she must have given it to her other client on accident. We asked her to reach out to him and get the harness returned. She did reach out, but the harness was never returned to her or my grandma. She gave some lame excuse about how the harness "looked old" anyways. It didn’t. It was new. She did not take any responsibility for her mistake. My grandma texted her several times about it and asked to be reimbursed. After arguing and MANY rude responses, this lady agreed to pay my grandma back in installments as she is on a fixed income and cannot afford $40 at once. My grandma agreed to this. It has been months and my grandma has NOT received a penny. She has moved on now. But we will NEVER bring her dog back to this woman. Nor will we be referring anyone here. Terrible service and such a bitter lady. Stay away from her.

Loved my Experience with Ms. Lori. She was very nice & professional and she made my baby look beautiful. I’ll definitely be returning

Very professional. She did a lion cut to my chow and now my baby looks like an actual lion. I get compliments on her hair cut every time I walk her.

She’s very good, my dogs look fantastic…I definitely recommend her ,my dogs were very calm and happy when I picked them up….thank you so much, I will be coming back😊
