PetSmart Grooming

PetSmart grooming did a really good job. They explained everything to us and made sure our dog Gizmo was comfortable the whole time. You can really see the difference with the before and after! he was pretty matted, so a lot of that fur had to be taken off. Overall, Gizmo looks so much better and seems a lot more comfortable now. Also, the spray they used smells so gooddd! We’ll definitely be back.

I’m sharing it before and after picture, they basically slaughtered my dog. I cannot believe that they cut him so badly and not to mention they completely cut off his beautiful. Tell he had a very long, beautiful curly towel and they completely whacked it off after I don’t know I guess they just decided to. I wanted him cut shorter than normal but i didn’t want him looking like he climbed or off a shredded bin

NEGATIVE 1Made my dog bleed from their mouth! Groomers don't know what they are doing! My dog was in their for 3 hours ! I calledto see how long, they had me on hold, then they called me talking about he bit them. My dog never bites ! When I got their they told me they couldn't get him out the cage,why would they wash my dog and then put it him in the cage makes no sense! When they brought him out his mouth was bleeding they said he bit his tongue. Never bringing him here they traumatized my baby! I had to calm him down they never mentioned he "bit his tongue" but were so quick to say he bit one of our groomers ! Be careful coming here they dont know how to do their job !

Kayla was Norah’s groomer, she did a nice job. I was a little late and she called me to make sure I was coming, very sweet.

Not really sure how a company can provide a service like curbside pickup , ignore their customers for 20 minutes and when your customer goes into your location, they are hit an associate scraping tape off a cash register, and an empty store. I'm being told that they were too busy to assist me in my curbside order. I'm being told that scraping tape off a register is priority when I was told my order was ready for delivery. You shouldn't offer a service if you can't keep up with it. Your store wasn't busy, your employees weren't busy, they were just lazy and unprofessional. Why would someone who just had surgery want to walk into the store to grab a large bag of dog food when you offer an option like curbside pick up? Please make this make sense to me ?

I always had good experience with their grooming service but this time they totally messed up. I did not ask for haircut of my dog and they did it anyway. Uneven cut and poor dog looks ugly. He started shedding from the moment we left the place and he had never done this before. I have no idea what the heck they did to him.

The website says on sunday they open at 8 am.. they don't they open the grooming at 8 am. Wish this was posted as now I'm waiting an hr to get dog food....
