We took our corgi, Panchito 🐶, to Scenthound last week, and thanks to Pedro 🌟, our little guy looks and feels amazing! Pedro was an absolute star ⭐—so attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. The prices were super affordable 💰, and Panchito came out looking like a little prince 👑. We couldn’t be happier—thank you, Pedro, and Scenthound! 💕
The two ladies in the office were absolutely amazing! They provided such kind and thoughtful service, and my doggy came out so happy afterwards. I explained that she can’t go into a crate because she’ll get anxious, and they went out of their way to make it work — even rearranging things to accommodate her needs. To top it off, they gave my sweet Booface a cute little bandana, which she strutted around in with so much pride!

Quick and they treat my pups really well. Have monthly grooming memberships which is super convenient. 10/10 highly recommended!
This place is absolutely amazing! I have been a monthly member since they opened and would never consider taking my Princess Keshia anywhere else. She is always excited to come here and loves Kari. She always comes out smelling and looking good. This is her after we got home from our most recent visit. Thank you Scenthound for taking care of my fur baby.

This was my first time there, and when I entered, one of the gals was struggling with a small dog, carrying it into the back room and she was very mean with the dog telling the dog to stop it stop it stop it. I almost walked out at that very moment. When I came back and she brought my dogs out, she went back into the back room again and I heard her yelling stop it. Stop it to another dog. Also, at the checkout counter, she had no personality was not friendly at all very abrupt. Not very good customer service.I should have walked out the first time when I was there and I will never go back.
