Valerie's Paw Spa

I want to give a special shout out and thank you to Hannah!!!! (Of course, every staff member is absolutely amazing as well), but Hannah has been grooming my German Shepherd Rocky for quite some time now and she’s just so sweet and amazing to him. I trust her and I feel safe bringing Rocky there to Valeries. You guys are my main and only go to for Rocky’s grooming needs. I would definitely recommend Valeries to anyone who’s looking to bring their baby/s in for a nice and professional grooming. Rocky looks and SMELLS so amazing every time we leave! I feel bad and I need to get Rocky in there more often, but Hannah is extremely patient and loving and just amazing so shout out to Hannah and the Valerie’s Spa team!!!

Our dog Fitz has been getting groomed by Leiyah since moving to Vegas 5 years ago. She does an amazing job with him on his groom and very good with him while he’s there. He loves going to see Leiyah on his "spa day". When he’s home he’s a new dog, strutting around very cocky and feeling his new haircut. This tells me his experience with Leiyah is a great one too!! I would highly recommend Leiyah to anyone as she loves your pup as much as your own. I’ve followed her to several grooming locations and would recommend Valorie’s as well. It’s clean and the team is all very nice.

They said that they could shave my cat that comes around. He’s an indoor outdoor cat anyways with that being said they’re gonna charge me $500 to get my cat shaved Even though they said he was apparently too matted then they rudely stated oh go to a vet. They can do it there as well. Do not go to this place plus when you try to get a hold of them it’s like trying to pull teeth. You have a bit of luck of pulling tooth out and trying to get a hold of these people rude and considerate people.

My son brought our cat Wally home from Valerie’s pet spa today and I heard him crying in the bathroom, I’ve never heard him like that, I went to check on him and he was laying lifeless on the floor. Rushed him to the vet and he Died. My family is devastated. I’m not blaming BUT he was fine before I took him to get groomed. Just would want to know something like this before trusting a groomer again…

Save your money and your dog, $86 for this. This is the second and last time I will bring my dog here. I don’t understand if this was supposed to be a teddy bear cut or if giving the shop the discretion to "go short" for a papillon was a bad idea. I think it should be universally known that papillons typically are never cut this short, assuming this knowledge from the shop was indeed my mistake. Even if it was a teddy bear cut the lines are just so bad and uneven there’s no redeeming this cut. My first red flag should’ve been when the groomer came out and said my dog was so uncomfortable while getting her haircut here. My dog has never had this comment from any other salon. I’ve already seen responses on here from the owner so I don’t expect any accountability for this awful cut but as a reference I’ve left a photo of what a short papillon cut looks like for your clients in the future. And best of luck to them.

Valerie’s Paw Spa is the best place I’ve ever taken my pups to be groomed. I have two 150 lb. St. Bernards and Ashley always does a perfect job. It’s a little bit of a drive from my home but well worth it. And everyone is super nice and friendly. I highly recommend!!
