The Grooming Tub

I’ll start this review by saying it took me 40 minutes to get to the Grooming Tub; I would drive an hour to have my Cavalier Georgie groomed by Austin. She is an artist, and a stickler for details as was evident when I picked my boy up. She scissor cut him with such clean lines, he looks like a champion. He was not stressed in the least, which I would have thought he might be a little un easy-he was not. If you are looking for THAT groomer, look no more.

My frenchie Chrome looooooves coming here, he never wants to leave! Austin is very attentive, gentle and particular with her work so your dog is guaranteed to leave in the best shape! She always ensures he is having fun while he is in her care and she takes pictures and always gives him an accessory! We love it here!

Austin is so kind and lovely! My 12 year old Aussie is not easy to bathe or trim, but she goes along willingly with Austin, and always comes home looking and smelling so much fresher than she had with any previous groomer we’ve been to. A true gem!

What can I say. A first time experience to always remember and i was Hesitant at first Then finally took the chance and I did not regret it. She’s definitely coming back. I appreciate you, Austin 🦾

I was soooo excited to find a black and woman owned groomer for my baby, that I jumped as soon as I saw her and booked. Additionally her and my youngest share the same name so it was def meant to be. From start to finish my Frenchie (Apollo) seemed to be at ease and he’s such an anxious little guy. I’m happy we found his forever groomer.

Austin did a fantastic job grooming my 9 year old golden retriever, Ollie. I've had issues with past groomers shaving him or cutting his feathers off, when I asked for a show golden look. Austin followed my instructions to the letter and he has never looked so good after a grooming! Ollie also has a lot of anxiety when going to the groomer. I medicate him before he goes but he can still sometimes give groomers a hard time. Austin has a very chill vibe and her shop is quiet and not chaotic like many grooming salons. I feel like it's a much better environment and helps keep my dog calmer. Overall, I was very happy with the results and will be going there for Ollie's grooming going forward. I highly recommend Austin, especially to anyone with an anxious dog.

I absolutely loved my dogs haircut; it is honestly the best cut he’s ever gotten. Which says a lot considering he’s been getting groomed since he was a puppy and he is now almost 7! Austin was very communicative and was able to fit me in the day after I called to setup an appointment. I would’ve had to wait at least a week for other grooming facilities to have any availability. Thank you Austin for taking such great care of my pup, we will definitely be coming back when we are in town again!
