From the moment I walked through the door, I was so impressed. Great customer service. They explained the entire process. Checked in with me throughout as well. Our groomer Brayden (I think) was so kind to my older dog and did exactly what I asked in terms of cut. Our old boy looks great and feels even better. Would highly recommend.

My dogs don't love going to groomers. They feel much more comfortable with scenthound, than anywhere else we've been! Huge shootout to all the employees at scenthound for taking such good care of my pups!

The staff here truly loves all of their furry clients. They are so sweet and patient with our anxious doggy and love seeing our energetic small pup too. We have had the best experience at the Daybreak location and our small pup got the best haircut I've seen on her. The manager has also always been so polite and patient with us humans, explaining different grooming options and working with our schedule. I love their membership option, it makes it feel like they really know and remember our fur babies month to month.

We took our dog to Scenthound in South Jordan just hoping he’d stop smelling like pop-tarts, potato chips and regret. Instead, he came back younger, physically a puppy, but disturbingly much sharper. Every day he gets smaller, cuter… and more cunning! Sort of like Benjamin Button almost. He’s learned to open locked doors, bypass our Wi-Fi password, and forged our signature on three tax documents. Last night, we caught him staring at the moon whispering something in Latin, at least that’s what we thought we heard but once he saw us he snapped back into the good boy act, I’m not buying it! He’s been slowly moving our furniture an inch at a time like he’s testing us. He conned a neighbor out of their identity just last week, using nothing but a tennis ball and a cold stare. The sparkle in his eye now feels less "good boy" and more "I’ve seen things." His bark activates our smart TV and only plays conspiracy documentaries. His fur is so pristine it reflects our my deepest insecurities. Scenthound didn’t just groom our dog; they awakened something ancient and dark. Also, he’s terrified of Santa Clause and whimpers whenever he hears a jingle bell ring.

I'm a new dog owner. She's 7 yes old. She hadn't been groomed for awhile and needed hair cut and claws done. I was pleased with all the service they provided it was efficient and professional and moderately priced for all the service they provided.

Used to get my dogs done by the previous groomers and had considering not coming back because I was unhappy with how they turned out each time. Came back and was given the option to try with someone new to the store this time since the previous girls were no longer with them. Manager was even nice and said if I wasn’t happy at pick up, they would discount the services for me. The experience as a whole felt different this time though since Brenden the new groomer was nice enough to come up front and take a moment for us to discuss what I wanted done this time so we could be on the same page instead of things getting lost in communication. Needless to say I’m glad I gave it another chance because I was pleasantly surprised this time at pick up.

I’ve been to places that tell me I can’t bring my dog because he’s a loud beagle. I understand that it’s hard for other dogs to deal with, and that it’s difficult to listen to, but to tell me I cannot bring him in doesn’t make sense to me. He’s a beagle, it’s what they do. I’ve also been told that my chiweenie can’t come because he’s a nervous tinkler and doesn’t like his nails getting clipped (he was a puppy still - he still has that problem and he will be two tomorrow, it’s who he is). Scenthound has NEVER told me they can’t come! They take great care of my furbabies, and they are understanding of their issues. I truly appreciate the kindness I have always received by everyone I’ve come in contact with, and the love they show my babies. I trust them with some very important members of my family, so that’s saying a lot. Thanks everyone at Scenthound!!
