The Knotty Groomer

We have been clients/ customers of Meagan’s/ The Knotty Groomer’s establishment for just about 4 years now! We have always had a positive experience, especially coming from a pet parent who’s had their dog shaved unexpectedly & given the worst service too! I was so nervous when I first took my girl in but Meagan and her team reassured me plenty of times and has always called if there was anything that she suggests as she grooms! The pricing is reasonable for the services I receive and how I like my pet cut and blow dried! Scheduling is easy and they will always try and accommodate as best as they can! My pet has never came home with razor burn or nicks and that’s something we really appreciate since we’ve experienced that in the past! We’ve played around with different styles of haircuts as well as her now signature princess poppy pink pony she has going on! Meagan and her team are super professional and always taking care of the pets as we come and go each appointment! We love them, cannot say enough good about them, and would never stop recommending to anyone who asks! 💗

Took Koda and Kenai to the Knotty Groomer to get groomed by Felicia. Since this is her craft, we let her style them how she sees fit. Our only request is to clear Kenai's face so he can see. His hair grows over his eyes. Felicia is friendly. Her energy is positive. She calms the dogs with her approach and smooth tone. She gives the dogs her attention. I like that she takes her time and has the patience to care for each of our dogs separately. I would recommend the Knotty Groomer and Felicia for your pets grooming needs because we want someone we can trust and who will show our dogs the attention, care and love they need while getting groomed. They came home with Halloween themed scarves.

Bad experience . Love my groomer , but yesterday when getting my daughter's Pomeranian groomed noticed new board mobile coverings on window where you cannot see inside. Suspicious. Been using their service for over a year. My daughter used bathroom twice , after 1 hr and 45 minutes I asked my daughter to check and see if her dog was ready since I had other errands. Was told by owner Meagan that popping in and out disturbed her personal pet and other pets? I understood but when telling us her issue, she opened her nose and moved her neck in a hostile kind of way. Disturbing. Not sure if she was hungry or just having a bad day, since I didn't see her kid's. She told us to wait in car for text. Just saying I think that I have an obligation to say something. Just like Day care you should be able to pop in anytime and make sure everything is okay. That was not our intention but what if? Told us that grooming took 3 hours, never was told that by our groomer, but okay. Price changed from 65.00 to 70.00 and was not informed , express is 15.00 more.

Love this place! We’ve been going to them for a couple years now. They are always so nice and sweet. They usually respond very quickly for an appointment, even when it’s last minute. They send you texts updating you when your pups will be ready. Our dogs always come home smelling so good and their fur feels so soft and clean. They are truly great. ♥️

Stopped in today for just a quick ear cleaning for my pup. It was very clear that the staff love dogs and were excited to get to work with the cleaning. The place is clean and actually smelled good and it's cutely decorated inside. It was fast and painless and I'll absolutely be back sometime for other services. Highly recommend.

The Knotty Groomer is the BEST in the high desert! All the staff are amazing and they are a pleasure. Thank you all for all you do. Xoxo

This business really deserves negative three stars. My two year old daughter could of cut my dog's fur better. Very uneven, down to the skin in a lot of spots(mind you it is almost winter) and just outrageous on pricing. For 135 dollars I'll go buy my own clippers and do it right because this business does not know how...
