Stardogs mobile grooming

Our pups have been groomed by them for about 5 years now. I had trouble finding a groomer who would be patient enough to work with our dogs until I started going with stardogs. We’ve never had any issues at all. For appointments I just send them a text and see what is available. The best part is they come to us so I don’t have to go drop off my dogs with a groomer.

We have been using this service since they started, they groom our 2 schnauzers and 1 labrador. We started using this service for convenience but continue to use because we appreciate the patience they have with each one of our 3 dogs. Each one requires different care due to character, age and energy and they take their time with each one. Highly recommend them!

I’ve had 2 years using their services and my dogs get happy just seeing them used to be just my pitbull and now we added 2 more dogs, and they are great they do reminders for appointments and they are very attentive with their work. Also very careful with the dogs.

I was gonna book but the negative reviews turned me away. I don’t deal with bad customer service especially when you have my dog because that usually translates into the treatment of the dog. I’ll go to war over my dog. I’ll pass

They are very professional and for the price you save a lot of money. They come to your house you do not have to drive you don’t even have to get your dog in the car. They pick up your dog at your door and they bring it back to your door, nothing can better that experience. They are also very responsible the day of the storm my puppy had an appointment and they kept it.

We used this service a few months ago, and it was ok. They groomed my dog, who is very big and a breed (Belgian malinoi) that many are afraid of. My husband had to take her to the door of the van because she is very protective of me. I stayed indoors the entire time, never talked to the groomer. We live in a gated subdivision off Chapin in Edinburg, so the groomer also goes to my neighbors. I was talking to the neighbor recently and she said they told her that they wouldn't work on my dog again because my husband and I were arguing about the haircut and what to do. This was a complete lie! I never even saw the man, let alone talked to him. And what business is it of them to tell my neighbors? If the groomer didn't want to work on my dog again, he could simply tell me, and not go and spread lies to my neighbors.

they change your appointments at will and dont give you any noticed. the guy who comes over is great. he is friendly and a good guy but the lady who answers his phone and apparently sets the appointment. Shes a different story. She will lie to you and have no consideration for your time. she thinks they have plenty customers that it doesn’t matter if you get upset. well i wouldnt use them anymore. it’s a shame cuz the guy is great. But it’s unfortunate the women feels, like she can just reschedule you without warning then she’ll lie to you about trying to call you about the reschedule. it’s the modern times caller ID will show a missed call and then there is voicemail. Customer loyalty doesn’t matter neither. so no i don’t recommend this service.
