High Point Grooming did an amazing job! At drop off, they ensured that they understood exactly what I wanted. They were waiting in the lobby to meet my pups and finished in 1 1/2 hours so my boys didn't spend any time sitting in a cage. Great service, excellent communication, very skilled groomers. I booked at the East Chester location so I cannot speak to the other location. 2nd time just as great as the first. Laney did a great job.
Took our Maltese puppy there and loved it. Staff was super friendly and they did an awesome job. I love that they have puppy packages so they get comfortable with grooming! Update: We took him back for his second visit and you can see how happy he is with his winter cut, he loves them!
Our Great Pyrenees, Bear just loves spa days! We normally get a full bath/shedding package with nail trim, ear cleaning and a nice cleanup around…her areas. Along with detangling/brushing. Today, we just had the detangle/trim/brushing because it does take a while for her to dry and with the storm coming in, we wanted her dry. She does always come out strutting! 🤣🎀
My dog Mimi was greeted at the door by her name. She felt very comfortable with her groomer which she normally is timid with new people. They were friendly, quick, and had good prices. Definitely would recommend them!
I was a little concerned when I saw "by appointment only" on the door, but making the appt was a simple phone call, they were there when they said they would be (even a little early), they had him done on time, they were very nice, and they appear to have done a great job. My dog didn’t want to leave actually…so it must have been ok!

The best groomers I've found!! Molly was very pleased, she looked amazing! I was very impressed with the cleanest of the salon. The staff was very friendly and professional. Molly's groomer was wonderful! She listen to what I wanted. And did everything beautifulyl!! Molly now have a new groomer she can trust!! Thank you Ms for taking such good care of Molly.
