Jen's Nose to Tail

Raegan asked me what we wanted before hand , this was our first time here. She asked if we had any questions or concerns. She asked all about our dog. She did great with his anxiety. After picking out pup up she even showed us what brush to use on him. He looked and smelled great after his visit. And the price was excellent. Highly recommend.

Our first time here was a great experience! Dawn was patient and did such a good job with our Mabel. They get your pup in & out too!

We are so happy we found a spot like Jen’s nose to tail for our pup! We have tried a few other places, but Jen’s is the perfect spot. They do such a great job of grooming and our dog comes back smelling and feeling to clean and fresh. They really take the time to care for your dog and staff is so so sweet! Also - a great and very straightforward price. Would highly recommend to anyone. Here’s a before and after of our dog!

I have used Jen's for years, but had to go to a different site this time due to time restraints. She immediately told me my dog had some mats (behind the ears). That's usual, and they either blow or cut them out - but here - they shaved my entire dog! even the tail! I was shocked - didn't even recognize him - and he's now very cold through the winter, and he's ashamed. Talked with other groomers who told me that was just a lazy groomer - I'll never go back to the Hilliard place again. and I'll stick with his great groomer in Dublin! Wife and I (and dog) are so distraught.

We had a very good experience at Jen’s Nose to Tail Hilliard. Appointment was an easy process. The young lady who checked us in listened to all of my requests and they were completed perfectly! Also they were able to give me a time Coco’s grooming would be completed, which I never experienced at any other groomer. We will definitely be returning! Thank you!

The team did an excellent job explaining everything, were upfront about the cost and process, and gave helpful feedback on how he did. My anxious little Tanner was well cared for and looked so handsome when I picked him up. The groomer took her time to discuss Tanner’s needs and potential behaviors with me before and after the grooming. She was very pleasant and professional. I will definitely be taking Tanner back in the future.
