PetSmart Grooming

Sierra did not fully blow-dry our dog. I understand that he is skittish around the dryer; however, this has never been an issue at the Cornell location, which makes this experience especially disappointing since this location is much closer to us. When we picked him up, he smelled just as strong as when we dropped him off, which is unacceptable given the cost of the service.

Monica K at this location always does such a great job with my golden doodle! She listens to what you want, is reliable and great with my dog (granted my dogs pretty chill). I highly recommend Monica and appreciate her hard work!

Great store! Customer service is wonderful! Always remember the stuff animals in the front cage dont only go to your household but to a shelter pet too.

PetSmart Grooming is a great service PetSmart provides for pets. You can get your dog pampered; you just need to make an appointment. The grooming section is on the right as you enter. The groomers are super nice and friendly. They are very busy during the summer, so make sure to schedule an appointment ahead of time.

Love taking my baby dog to get his nails done! I’ve seen how well they treat him even though he gets a bit anxious at times 🥹 Very patient groomers! Love that this store also carries the Ben & Jerry’s Puppy ice cream !

Only been to PetSmart not grooming... Google maps keeps nagging me to do here, even after I told it to skip it and said I hadn't been here. It becomes easier to just do one to shut it up. Place looks clean, didn't see anything negative. Couldn't see 5* for someplace I haven't actually used.

My girl Ella is 95 lbs and a Velcro dog. She has some separation anxiety and they handle it wonderfully! Everyone there is great!
