Been a loyal customer for over five years. Giselle the owner is awesome with animals of the two legged and your legged variety as well. My dog Gigi is comfortable there. She doesn't have to be dragged in, she trots in knowing she's going to be pampered and treated to some doggy me time. Worth it.
My Samoyed was cut much shorter than expected, especially concerning during winter. No winter dog with a double coat should ever be shaved down like this. My dog’s also has a lot of blue residue all over his face. Not sure what that is. Very disappointed to say the least.
Always a good job
absolute terrible business and primarily ownership. My wife being a new dog owner was not aware of the wait time between grooming and shots. However the owner decided to belittle her instead of inform. I wonder if that’s her tone when it’s HER OWN asking questions.
The only groomer that I am 100000% comfortable enough with. 4 years and counting even from another state, any time I bring my dog back she goes here.
I don’t like giving bad reviews but for this place I have to. I took my pup there and they told me puppy cut is best since it’s his first cut. They shaved off all the the body hair very close to the skin, did a terrible job cutting the head and face hair (cemented by people who saw him) and to finish off with a bang, they give my pup back to us full of loose hair. It’s a horrible experience. I am being generous giving this one star 👎
