Absolutely disgusting how they treat animals here. B.E in the salon was horrible. She was beyond rude and walked away from us without speaking to us after a situation occurred. I have told them multiple times my dog is extremely anxious but not aggressive. She manhandled my dog and he got nervous of course. The manager there at the time was equally unhelpful. Don’t take your dog here. She obviously does not love animals if she gives up 4 seconds after an anxious dog doesn’t do well getting their nails done. Disgusting and disappointing.

The sales associates were not friendly and had very bad attitudes. When I finally got helped she gave me false information. I would avoid going to this location if you love your pets as family.

Walk in nail service is not actually walk in. They require a vaccine record and do not post this on their website. They also force you to make an account. Colossal waste of my dogs and my time. I will not be back.

Kait was excellent with my baby Tater Tot. Beautiful work, and such great people

Nice people. Groomer was very good with my dogs.

Customer service was great. Pleasant and experienced associates.
