Petco Grooming

Really good job requiring precision and patience on my Silky Terrier. Samantha was so patient and caring. We had opted for the extra cost so that grooming would be completed within a 2-hour time frame, and it was. Great haircut, too. Mahalo, Samantha.

Friendly & welcoming! We have been seeing Shelby for a while. She takes excellent care & can handle my fur baby who seems unruly with his barking especially at bigger dogs, but not just want to strut his stuff. 😆 Lol!!! Recently, the partners in crime had a great spa time❤️🩷💜

Shelby Young always does an excellent job grooming our two Maltese dogs. She is the best groomer we've ever had!

We bring my 3 fur babies for grooming monthly. We usually have a very good experience. Yesterday I brought one fur baby but even though he spent 3 hours at the groomers they were not able to fully groom him. The groomer said it was not safe to continue grooming him so he stopped. This has never been an issue before, so I was surprised. I just left after paying and tipping him but was not satisfied with the experience.

Sydney B from Hawaii Kai grooming is so awesome. She does a remarkable job on Auli'i, my Siberian Husky. Auli'i loves her dearly and can't wait to get herself all dolled up.

After being burned by the petco near my place, I decided to give petco one more chance, and chose this one. I'm so happy I did!! They did an amazing job on my baby!! And were so fast and professional! Shout out to Samantha L. The 20+ minute drive is definitely worth it!! Will be making this my main grooming spot!!

Our dog is normally very nervous around new groomers but your dog care specialist Samantha took the time to calm him down and get him to relax. He does not like to get his nails trimmed but she was able to not only trim but buff his nails beautifully. We will definitely be back thanks to the caring attention afforded by your wonderful staff
