Classy Pup

Lisa and her team have groomed our dogs for years and do an excellent job every time. Our dogs are always well groomed, the staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!

ADDING TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: after the owners reply - I thought it was appropriate to attach the messages where I reached out immediately picking up my dog. I am not a cheap pet owner, and would never of been upset of cost if the service had been well done or non fraudulently advertised. Dogs don’t scalp or cut themselves with razors. Attached below is her website with pricing descriptions (not a 3rd party named godaddy). Conveniently not mentioned different from her website until handing me my receipt. New client, booked based on website description. 8lb miniature dachshund, booked for a groom (listed at 49$ on website). I dropped off around 8am. When I came to pick him up, I was handed a receipt for 80$ charge. based on her website, I was charged what a lab sized dog cost. I was brushed off and told website prices weren’t right. When we got in the car, I noticed the bleeding, scalped skin and completely unfinished groom. My dog was with the groomer for 8+ hours. I would not normally post a review, but I reached out with no response and is unacceptable.

There are not enough stars for us to put how satisfied we are. We have been taking our dogs to Classy Pup for years and love the amazing job they do each time. Pictures included do not do it any justice, it is very hard to get good pictures of our dogs because they are always moving lol. She does a great job. So kind and sweet ! Dogs are always cut perfect and smell so good. We love going there.

I took my puppy Coconut to Classy Pup for his very first grooming. I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. Coconut can be a bit nervous, but the groomer was so gentle and patient with him. She made sure he was comfortable throughout the entire process. When I picked him up, he looked absolutely adorable, and she mentioned how well he did for his first time. It was clear that they genuinely care about the animals they work with. The whole experience was fantastic, and I’m so glad we found Classy Pup Groomer. We’ll definitely be returning!

This was my very first time at Classy Pup. I am very please with how Lisa groomed JoJo. If you are searching for a groomer like I was this is the place to take your fur baby. I have already made my appointment for the next grooming. Thank you so much Ms Lisa!!

Lisa is wonderful! She loves what she does and always does a great job with grooming our two dogs. We have a toy Poodle and toy Australian Shepherd. She’s reliable, friendly, responsive, always accommodating making appointments and always takes care of our two dogs. We’d definitely recommend her!
