The stuffs at this location is not professional, not well train. If you don't want to be frustrated don't go to this location. The employees are lazy and not interested in helping you.
Love taking my dogs here! The staff is understanding and know how to deal well with my pets being nervous about getting bathed.
PetsMart grooming is always great. They always handle my baby with care. And if you go during Yappy Hour you will receive a discount. Be sure to sign up for their rewards program and you will save more.
I took my Golden-doodle in to be groomed at 10:30. I had an appointment. Maxx wasn’t ready until 4:15. It took 5 hours and 45 minutes before he was ready to go. Normally I would pick Maxx up after 1 or 2 hours. Another employee said that they say to all 3 or 4 hours for a grooming. He was there all day. Why do they make appointments if they don’t stick to the schedule. They took several dogs that didn’t have an appointment. My doodle does not even look like he was cut.
Worse service ever!!! Dog looks unexplainable. If I can take a picture of him now you would say the same. Never had any problems at any other Pet-smart. Never again. Do not book Elizabeth Y.
A pleasant first interaction with the groomers and pleased with the results. We used Kiki and will ask for her again. I’ll update this post with a photo next time.
store hours are incorrect. I drove 30mins only to be 1.5hrs early with my dog so I can’t even kill time close by.
