My fur baby got his first grooming here! He looks so dapper after and they even gave him a cute bow. Reasonable pricing! I will come back again!

This is probably the easiest review I’ve ever written because I honestly love how the grooming turned out. The price is super affordable, everyone there is really friendly, and they’re clearly professionals. They gave me great advice on what would work best for my dogs and even pointed out a possible skin issue I hadn’t noticed. You can tell they really care and take pride in their work. And the results? So good!

Absolutely wonderful cat bath experience! The owner here is incredibly professional and truly cares about the animals. They treated my cat with so much friendliness and patience, which means a lot because my cat can be a little shy at first. You can really feel that they love what they do. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy and gentle groomer. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🐱💛

Amazing dog grooming in Chinatown, my dog was very matted and they took great care of her. Very efficient in and out in exactly 2 hours. She was so happy and looked amazing.

I love this shop. They were VERY patient with me. I came in with a Groupon and the app was messing up, the owner even came and tried to help me figure it out. It was frustrating for me to say the least. But seeing how calm and patient they were, made me a less anxious about the whole situation. Well it all worked out in the end. Now they did the best job on my Doodle. She didn’t even act crazy with them lol. Especially when cutting her face. She gives us the blues at home. I’ll definitely be coming back

I brought my dog in for grooming and also bought a few items while waiting. The grooming took a bit longer than they initially said, which was slightly inconvenient since I had other plans, but they kept me updated. When I picked him up, he looked clean and well taken care of, though there was a small uneven trim near the paw area that I noticed later. The staff listened when I mentioned it and offered to adjust it next time. The shop itself has a friendly atmosphere, and you can tell they handle pets regularly.
