My sister and I brought our shitzu mix Mia and had the best service for her!! Not only grooming, but a lot of cuddles and attention for her skin and ear irritation. Great job! We'll be back! 🤗❤️

VERY UPSET with the groomer who clipped my dogs nails. She was constantly pulling on my dogs arm with extreme force causing my dog to scream and yelp. i had to push the groomers hand away multiple times and tell her to let my dog calm down. At the end she asks me if i muzzle my dog all the time and asked if she’s had issues. Each time i have brought my dog we’ve muzzled for the safety of the employees, i have also NEVER had an issue or heard my dog cry for help the way she did. It was unprofessional the lady did the nail clipping in the front of the store and there was blood from my dogs nail everywhere. VERY DISAPPOINTED at the whole situation.

Absolutely love this place. My girls always come back softer and shinier and very happy! The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a ton of questions, which she aptly answered. She does a wonderful job on my girls, and I highly recommend bringing your pups here.

Brought in my 6 month old miniature poodle for his first cut & he came out looking so handsome thanks to Chikako! My expectations for his first grooming have been exceeded. I was nervous leaving him for a few hours but he was treated so well & he came home happy. Thank you so much, I’ll definitely be back for all his future grooming needs! 😊

Been coming here for years and drive all the way from the Heights because we love the job they do. They have great professional groomers. Super nice and gentle with your pups. Reasonably priced for show-dog cuts. Our Bichon Frisé looks magazine ready when he leaves. Highly highly recommend!
