DOGGY DIP & CLIP

Patricia is the best! She takes such good care of my two dogs when the kids get back when we go in for grooming. She gives the best nail trim!! They actually do full service grooming and even boarding. When we boarded our dog, we had a great experience. Excellent and competitive prices. Definitely recommend. Met the owner at Krogers grocery store with a big white parrot. We started talking and he asked me if had any dogs. Then proceeded to tell me about his grooming services. My wife and I decided to try them out. I wish we never had. We dropped off our Cocker Spaniel and Pappion. Gave explicit instructions on how to groom. Later that day we picked the dogs up and the pappion was not cut right. The cocker had knicks inside his ears where the clippers nicked him. This turned into a bad sore. We took the dogs on vacation with us the next day. They assured me to just bring Jagger back for the correct hair cut. Tried to tell me the Knick often happens with the Cocker breed. Well after vacation we took the dogs back for baths and corrections for the pappion (Jagger) When we went and picked up jagger they had shaved his beautiful butt /tail feathers off. This place is rediculous. We will never go back and don’t recommend this place!

My dog has been coming here since 2023, and the staff always does an excellent job. He can be a bit difficult during baths and has very curly hair that mats easily, but they handle him with great care and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Yesterday, I had scheduled my dog cloud to get groomed as a walk in to a place called doggy dip and clip in Houston. After returning to pick him up, one of the groomers had asked me if my dog usually bleeds from his mouth. I said no and he said cloud might have some sort of gum disease which I found strange. After getting home and walking cloud, I found him to be covered in blood. Cloud has never had a problem like this and it's a strange coincidence that it would start now. After further inspection, I found clouds nose to have a cut as if with scissors or a blade and small cuts around his lips. I will be reporting this establishment to the TAHC and I hope anyone who thinks about taking their loved furry child here reads this as a warning before trusting these monsters. The man spoke to me as if I didn't know how to take care of my dog which upsets me even more that they couldn't just take responsibility for their actions. These people are cowards and will find anyway to shift the blame.
