I did a full grooming on my dog and they came out looking beautiful. I have had a hard time looking for somebody to be able to groom my yorkieterrier but they did a great job and left her looking beautiful. My schnauzer was a bit netted and they were so gentle and she looks great

I had a terrible experience at this location. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with disrespect, and the way they spoke to me made me feel completely unwelcome. They were dismissive toward me and showed very little care or patience with my dog. It was obvious they did not want to help us at all. This was my dog’s first grooming appointment, and instead of being a positive experience, it turned into one of the most humiliating interactions I’ve ever had. I’ve never been treated so poorly by any business. The owners’ attitude was unprofessional, unkind, and frankly shocking. I’m posting this so other pet owners can be aware and cautious before bringing their pets here. I truly hope no one else has to go through what we did.

This is my first time visiting with my dog to get groom .The owners were very nice ! The store front was very organize and well put together.i will be coming back 10/10 Recommend

The staff was very nice, however they did a horrible job grooming my dogs. My baby still had food on his head from going through my trash also black stuff that they claimed was try skin! Why was it on his fur and I paid these people to bath and brush my babies. $96 including a tip for nothing. I had to brush them myself!😳I honestly deserve my money back!

My favorite place of all. I have been bringing my dog Oliver here for about 2 years now and they always do a great job. The owners are very nice and treat my dog very well and with love. Recommend 100%.

I went there for the first time on Thursday, and I had a great experience. I usually go to Petco/ Petsmart for my little dog’s grooming, but my big dog needed his nails trimmed. Since it was his first time ever going to the groomers, I decided to go to a small grooming shop instead. My dogs also don’t get along with other dogs, and I was worried they would cause a lot of trouble, but i decided to bring them and give this place a chance. Their craziness wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. My big dog was extremely stressed as it was his first time, so he was panicking, barking, and moving a lot. It was great that they trimmed his nails as quick as they could and within minutes he was done. I left my little dog with them to finish his haircut, and in 2 hours he was done. I was happy to see that he was calm and relaxed when I picked him up. His haircut was so cute, his fur was soft, and he smelled great too. They even gave him a cute little tie. Usually when I take my little one to Petco/ Petsmart, the day after, his skin would be very irritated, and he would be very itchy. However, the day after, I noticed he wasn’t feeling any discomfort at all, that was a big plus. I would definitely be coming back.
