I normally would not leave a review like this, but I feel it is important to address ongoing behavior from one of your employees, Kristin Villarreal. I have experienced repeated personal harassment outside of business interactions, including what appears to be retaliatory one star reviews directed at my company. I understand employers cannot control every aspect of an employee’s personal life, but when behavior begins impacting another local business and crosses professional boundaries, it becomes concerning. I hope this situation is addressed appropriately.

My granddog as well as the rest of our family pets ❤️ going to get groomed. We have used this service for atleast 20 years now. It's something about telling our dogs, "do you want to go to Mikayla's?" that gets their tails wagging and they'll dance around....pet parents will get it.

Today was my baby´s first time at the groomers and believe me when I say I was SO NERVOUS. My puppy is my everything, I do not trust easily when it comes to her. From the moment I walked in, I was so welcomed. My baby was so nervous and shaking, it made it even more nerve wrecking for me. I dropped off at 7:30 and by 10:00 I received a call she was ready for pick up. I paid $55. Every penny was worth it. Seeing my baby come out with her little bows was everything to me. She wasn’t shaking, she wasn’t barking or crying. She was relaxed and happy. I almost feel like she wasn’t ready to be picked up! I will most definitely be back!

Great work 🙂 this is the 3-4th time I take my feisty cocker spaniel. I’ve never heard complaints about my dog acting up nor do I have any complaints whatsoever about the business. The prices are very reasonable. I usually get my dog a trim, bathe, nail file or trim and usually comes out to $50-$60. The little bows and bandanas are a cute plus! She’s never returns to me looking anxious or afraid as if she had a rough time. Great work here.

Our two dogs always come back looking so fresh and so clean! The staff a Furrtyails are professional and compassionate. Thank you for always taking care of our two babies!
