PetSmart Grooming

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at this location has been nothing short of frustrating, with repeated instances of overcharging and what I perceive to be discriminatory treatment. On multiple occasions, I booked the "Essentials" and "Deluxe" bath packages, both of which explicitly include paw trimming and teeth brushing. However, I was informed by Jessica, the grooming department manager, that paw trimming would cost an additional $12. Given that my total was already $74, I declined the extra charge. After my payment, I reviewed PetSmart’s website and confirmed that paw trimming was indeed included in the packages I purchased. When I brought this to Jessica’s attention, she simply stated that they would include it in my next service. This response was unacceptable—customers should not have to correct management on what is included in the services they are paying for. Beyond the overcharging issue, I have repeatedly felt singled out and discriminated against at this location. The lack of professionalism and fairness in service is deeply concerning. No customer should have to question whether they are being treated differently due to race or any other factor.

all workers tells different information. i went in 2 days in a row the first lady told me all i needed was a 20 gallon tank i order one for about 70 dollars then go back and now i need a 40 gallon.

Nice clerk went out of her way to help us with special dog food for our dog
