I don't like the facts? U book a appointment at a certain time. And have to wait half of a day to get pet... they have vips. That come before the others dogs. Which I feel they should have someone there for those dogs. Or inform people on that it will be a longer wait period. We know its time consuming anyways depending on the dog actions. So that's the only thing I don't like.. and if the worker is unavailable... and u dropped upur pet off.. give them a rain check or something
Celeste is a wonderful groomer. I'm completely satisfied with how she grooms my two furbabies. She's gentle and has skills.
