We have been going here for some years. Not sure if there have been changes in management but, over the past 6 months their quality has significantly gone down. I picked up my dog earlier this week and was extremely disappointed to see he was cut at different lengths all over his body, his face was still dirty and has skin showing in some areas.

My dog had a 10am "appointment"; dropped off at 9:50 and was told he would be ready in 3-4 hours (at the latest). They didn't start grooming until almost 3pm. After my dog waited 5 hours to be groomed, they didn't give him the teddy bear haircut like I requested. He's still a cute dog, but I won't be returning. Prices are comparable to Petsmart for small dogs.

Chloe had never been groomed and she’s a 4 yr old Doberman mix. We got her back within a couple hours and she was so excited and soft and beautiful!!! Great job!

They've managed to deal with my German Shepard mixed breed pups with love. They are hard to deal with. Only issue I had was my baby's ears weren't cleaned very good but I could probably blame my hyper dog.

I wanted to like this place because it’s locally owned, but I have never seen such a horrible cut! There are random tufts of fur and they cut to the skin in places. I will just let the pictures speak for themselves.
