Grateful Pets Boarding & Grooming

I brought my dog to Grateful Pets for the first time today and they did a wonderful job taking care of my baby! Not only was his fur noticeably cleaner and smelled better, he was really happy! He gave the groomers hugs and kisses before we left. His actions spoke volumes for how he was treated. His nails were trimmed, fur deshedded and anal glands were expressed too. He got a cute bandanna to wear. I will be bringing him again!

Thank you so much for grateful pets grooming. My dog cast will look wonderful. They do a great job. The staff is awesome and kind and I’m most definitely gonna continue to bring my dog there and Casper loves them.

I am very disappointed in the service at this place. My dog has been here a couple times and he always comes home with cuts all over his body. This place is horrible, my dog will not be coming back. In response to the comment from the owner… I think you may have my dog mixed up with another. Yes Dior has been seen several times in an effort to give you guys another chance. My dog had never been overly matted and he’s very well taken care of. I see you have taken the time to dig up his past appointments but forgot to leave out the evidence of you and your staff having to pay for his doctors appointment because he had received an infection from you and your employees lack of care and experience with grooming my dog. All the pictures I posted are from the same day, meaning that’s how he was given to me after his appointment. No need to lie and cover up bad business. This is just simply my experience and you should take this as a learning lesson rather than blaming the owner when your job is to groom my dog correctly.

I am incredibly pleased with the service I received at Grateful Pets! The ladies were so kind and did a great job making my pup look so handsome! It was my dogs first time going to the groomer so we were both very nervous- I really appreciate them making us feel comfortable and welcomed! Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone with pets!

I absolutely adore these people. They took great care of my very old and cranky cat. Shes never been groomed and doesnt do very well grooming herself either. They loved her and they even called and checked on us the next day!

I am new to the area and this was the closest groomer. I was unsure if they would do a good job. They were quick which made me a little more worried. I picked up my puppy and he had never looked (and smelled) better. I am a loyal customer from now on. Excellent work, great price and friendly service! You won’t be disappointed.
