Express pet grooming

Scheduling was easy and the service was great. We have a Black Lab/Malamute and her nails are black which makes it difficult to know how far to cut, but they made it clear that they know what they are doing and my dog was done with a trim in just a few minutes. They kept my dog calm and tag teamed the trim. Professional and welcoming. I will be coming back in the future. Thanks for the help!

I just want to say how incredibly happy we are to find an amazing grooming spot for our little pup! Cristina and Juan did an amazing job with our dog! This by far, hands down, has been such a great experience for our dog. Cristina and Juan are so sweet and welcoming, which made us feel at ease leaving our little lady. She came back so beautifully groomed with the cutest little bows in her hair! Very reasonably priced and the customer service was top notch! Highly recommend Express Grooming!!

Absolutely the best in town! They took my girl who is a rescue and very nervous. They were friendly and professional and took the time she needed. I've already booked my next appointment. I highly recommend this amazing team!

I decided to try Express Pet Grooming after going in and talking w them. My dog, Kobe, is hard to groom as he is getting very old and is quite blind. He really doesn’t like his paws being touched either. They assured me the groomer is patient and works w troubled pets all the time. They also have a vet tech who works there. I couldn’t be more pleased with this company. Kobe’s cut was amazing and he was not upset at all when I picked him up. The groomer really is talented because this is the best haircut Kobe has ever received. They even got his nails perfectly trimmed. I will definitely take Kobe back here on a regular basis. I trust them and am very happy to have found them. Reasonable pricing and your dog doesn’t wait around in a crate all day either. Highly recommend! Thanks Express Pet Grooming!

Thought about posting this review for some time but they never took responsibility and "manager" never even called back to talk about a solution with my cat. I now see other people have been through the same thing in this same place.. So I took my cats to get groomed a few weeks ago. but this is what they did to her, they literally chopped off her whole nail and and half of the other one, and it got infected I didn't really check on her when I picked her up (my mistake I know) because she's usually a shy cat and runs to hide doesn't really like people but she's never been mean, we have 2 toddlers and she has never scratch them or anyone else, we have always trimmed her nails and nothing has ever happened. But then we took them to get a good bath because we hadn't showered them in months. And she was kind of limping but since she was still a little wet from her paws I thought she was just trying to dry off her paw like my other cat did, the guy did show me that she scratched him because supposedly she got all panicked with the hair dryer, but I regret so much not checking her that day, also because I had been planning my brother in laws funeral so wasn't thinking much of it, until I saw her liking her paws and you could literally see her whole nail is chopped off and half of the other one, Took her to the vet and got antibiotics for her, also vet confirmed that the nail was oulled off, I called the place and they just said she could've done it at home or that they probably didn't even notice if she got hurt at their business. So after having her for a long time with us you're gonna tell me she now decided to hurt herself at my home right? Anyways, they didn't bother to ask how she was doing, didn't take responsibility at all, and manager was supposed to call me and never did, Just dont want other people's pet to go through the same thing.. I found out on nextdoor app that there's been other people affected by them as well. Now I really wonder if the "scratch " was really from my cat because she has never scratched anyone ever not even strangers. We also just asked for a sanitary trim in my persian cat and they also chopped it all off and left him looking like a stray lol but we just didn't have the energy to be dealing with a haircut that day.
