They posted a few days ago that they were hosting a Dog Trick or Treat on Sunday October 26th. From 10am-6pm. We drove half an hour with our dog. And when we arrived there was a line waiting outside just for them to tell us that they canceled the event. But didn’t post it online to let others know. Very heart broken that they canceled the event 💔!
Made 3 appointments, told them the name of who to call each time. Each time they decided it’s apparently not in their job description to get the rabies info so they can groom my buddy. Two of those appointments the info was in the building but still the 10ft walk to the Banfield desk was too much to ask. Can’t rate the grooming because I have yet to receive it lol. Make sure you send the info they are quite lazy about it.
I had been going to PetSmart to have 3 of my dogs groomed. The girl that always did the grooming was wonderful, but is no longer there. Today, I took one of my dogs to be groomed and an older lady had the task of being his groomer. First, she dragged him by their in house leash nearly choking him. I got upset and told her to stop. I decided to come back early and watch while my dog was being groomed and she was extremely frustrated with him and was very rough with him. I got some video and it upset me very much. I also witnessed her getting mad at another dog. Needless to say, she will NEVER touch my dog again!
Took my boy Cooper in for his first grooming session on 9-21-22. Rakiyaa she done a wonderful job with my boy Cooper.
They are very, very rude here and don’t consistently do a good job. The other Petsmart grooming location is much better.
The girl who cut my dog Windy's hair was very affectionate!
PetSmart did an excellent job grooming my Sphynx cats!
